PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During drop launches, processing may take slightly longer due to order volume — we'll always aim to get your order out as fast as possible.
SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're working on it for future drops.
CARRIER AND TRACKING
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-8 business days after dispatch for metro areas, and longer for regional and remote areas. These are estimates only and not guaranteed — see our Terms of Service for more on shipping delays outside our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
